Frequently Asked Questions:

How can I purchase CEUs?

The first step to taking a course on this site will involve creating an account. You can do that by clicking the "Register" tab to the left on this page. As you enter your information, you will only be asked for your credit card information once you are ready to "check out" with a purchase. This, and all other account information will be kept completely secure at all times.  Once you have registered, you may click the "Login" tab to the left to purchase additional courses.

Every purchase comes with a money-back guarantee. If you are unhappy for any reason, please use the contact information below to allow us to resolve the problem quickly for you.

How many times can I take the post-test?

You may re-take the test as many times as is necessary to pass the course.

Are my CEUs applicable to my license?

Seminole Behavioral Healthcare is a provider of CEUs for the Florida Board of CSW/MFT/MHC and the Florida Certification Board. Watch this site as we expand our credentials in the coming months and years.

Will my CEUs be reported to CEBroker?

If you are licensed in the State of Florida as a Licenced Clinical Social Worker, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, or a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your CEUs will automatically be registered with CEBroker. Be sure your license information is listed correctly in your user account and we will take it from there.

How will I get my Certificate of Completion?

As soon as you pass the post-test you will be linked to your Certificate of Completion. Simply print it out and save it for your records. Seminole Behavioral Healthcare will also save information regarding your completed CEUs. If you misplace your certificate, simply log in to your account on this website. There you will find links to all of the courses that you have purchased, including links to your Certificates of Completion.

Is there a way to speak with a person if I have further questions or concerns?

Absolutely. You may reach us during normal business hours at (407) 831-2411 X1206. You can also reach us by email by clicking the "Help/Contact" tab to the left on this page.

If your concern remains unresolved, you have a right to file a formal grievance. If you would like to review our formal grievance procedures, we would be happy to send you a copy at your request. We can send this to you either by email or by mail. Simply let us know which would be more convenient for you.
